Range to drill offshore targets from Trinidad shore

SYDNEY, Australia — Range Resources has completed a farm‐in agreement with Niko Resources for the Guayaguayare block offshore and onshore Trinidad.
Assuming regulatory approval, Range will earn a 50% share in return for drilling two onshore exploration wells. Range will also drill one offshore well from the shore and an appraisal well, contingent on exploration success, sharing the costs with Niko.
