MIAMI, Florida – ExxonMobil has contracted PGS to perform 4D seismic acquisition offshore Guyana. Seismic experts estimate that offshore Guyana has enough subsea petroleum reserves to power the entire world for a year.
Despite the continuing impact of COVID-19, PGS expects energy consumption to continue to rise over the longer term with oil and gas remaining an important part of the energy mix in the global energy transition.
