LONDON – Noble Corp. plc and ExxonMobil have executed a commercial enabling agreement for drilling services in the Guyana-Suriname basin. It is estimated the basin has recoverable reserves of more than 13.6 BILLION BARRELS of oil, and 32 TRILLION CUBIC FEET of gas – the second highest potential among oil basins the world.
